Photo/Tom AtwoodYesterday's cross country picnic at Glik Park gave runners, their parents and coaches a chance to have some fun together, along with several alumni of the cross country program. It also gave volunteers a chance to sign up to help out on race day at Mud Mountain XV. If you would like to volunteer (for packet pickup Friday at the Cyclery, set up Friday at the course, race day registration, water stations, chute, etc) just e-mail tom@tomatwood.net.
